The folks at Solgarden invite you to visit our welcoming shop, where you will find a tranquil atmosphere that will surely lift your spirits while you shop. Greeted by the scents of locally-made candles and sounds that delight, you will then find a plethora of merchandise to explore.
From beautiful earrings made in the Great Smokey Mountains to quirky license plate art made just down the road, Solgarden offers an extensive selection of unique, carefully selected, local and US-made items. Many of our selections are created from recycled products — hats and gloves from vintage wool sweaters, bracelets from antique spoons, cutting boards from scrap wood, and cork boards from used wine corks are a few examples.
Hand-picked imported items are also prevalent. Block-printed tablecloths and quilts from India, woven bags from Nepal, oil drum art from Haiti, and sterling silver jewelry from Thailand and Mexico name just a few.

Dr. Lane S. Anderson, III
Please join us at our January 4th general meeting as we welcome Dr. “A” as our spotlight speaker. He is a Board Certified Clinical Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and the American Psychological Association (APA). He completed his clinical internship at the Greensboro Urban Ministry and has been in private practice for over 20 years. He is the author of “Care Enough to Discipline: Raising Children for the 21st Century.”
